Happy 2009!

Okay, I have no other excuse as to why I was away for a month other than this pregnancy has made me into a semi-functioning human. I feel so bad to have been away so long, and even worse to not have been visiting all my favorite blogs. I am feeling better due to the winter school holiday. There has been a lot of sleeping in and lounging. Christmas here was wonderful. I did manage to make a scarf for my mom and brother. Finished just hours before we left to join them for Christmas Eve.
The big news this month is that Saga turned 2! We had a small family party for her. My brother gave her a laptop computer that teaches letter sounds, and she has not let go of it since. She is talking so much now. She has also started singing, and entertains herself with a song. I hope to finish of a couple of pairs of pants for her before I go back to school on Monday.
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday, and the best to you in the new year!

I'm glad you are feeling a bit better (weeks off from school make you feel so much more alive, don't they?). It looks like you had a wonderful holiday!

What a beautiful picture of Saga - congratulations on the 2 years! :) It sounds like your blogging situation is a bit like mine - except your excuse is better. I really hope now that I have my mobile broadband and will be online on the train to and from my work, I'll have time to pay my blogging friends more visits! :)
